Firt K3 Meltdown

Gracie had her first meltdown in her new K3 class today. She's usually so happy and never cries during the day.

Well, I had to run by Wal-Mart today to take something back and that took forever, so I was pushing 12pm getting there to her today. When I got to the school, she was looking out the window watching me. I waved to her, but got no response. Not Good.

I went up to her class and she came running out into the hall way, crying and talking all at the same time. If you've ever heard any female do this, you know that it is complete incomprehensible. Her teacher & I couldn't figure out what had set this off.

My guess is that she normally leaves before all of her friends sit down for lunch and I was a few minutes later getting there than normal, so they were already eating. I'm thinking she got upset because her lunch was at home and not there. Who Knows!!!

I've learned this much today.....Don't be any later than 11:50am picking her up or I'm going to have a major drama queen on my hands!!
